Thank you for purchasing our services at Socialforest. We strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase made on our website. We offer a full money-back guarantee, subject to the following terms and conditions:

1. Refunds are only allowed within 7 days of purchase, only in case the tool does not work for more than 24 hours during that period. If a tool is not working after 7 days, we will extend your pack to the corresponding number of days.

2. Refunds are not available for annual plans, and the same conditions mentioned above apply.

3. No refunds will be accepted for any reason (i.e. Purchased accidentally, mind changed, was unaware of shared account service etc).

4. Before requesting a refund, please provide a valid reason to assist us in improving our products and services.

5. After the 7-day period for monthly plans, refunds will no longer be eligible. We encourage our customers to try the product or service promptly after purchase to ensure it meets their needs.

In the event of a subscription cancellation, we offer instant cancellation for your pack/tool.
