Is my tool compatible with Office?

Due to security concerns, we only allow one IP address at a time. You may use it on multiple devices (not too frequently) but your ISP should be the same at all times. If you do not comply, you will be banned. Nevertheless, our team will be available to assist you at any time.

Do I have the option of sharing my account?

Unfortunately, we do not allow users to share their accounts. There can only be one account per user. A shared account will be automatically blocked by our system if it has been shared with another individual.
